STEM EdTech · Learning Experience

Where STEM becomes an experience.

Vibe Ventures designs hands-on learning experiences for schools. Students build, test, and compete in teams, then see the science at work in real labs, space centers, and schools abroad. We run everything from the program to the debrief.

Our concept

We design the experience first, then the schedule.

Vibe Ventures is an Experience Design & Innovation Studio. Most camps start from a checklist of activities. We start from what students should feel and take home, then design backwards to get there.

Designing experiences that move people forward.

Every program follows the same arc

  1. Connect

Team and skill games so students get to know each other and feel safe to try.

  2. Challenge

A strategy game or integrated challenge where teams use what they learn, with a little pressure.

  3. Real world

A field trip that shows the subject in real use: a university lab, a space center, a school abroad.

How we work

From quote to debrief, we handle it all

  1. Brief

Your goals for the camp, number and grade of students, preferred dates, and budget.

  2. Proposal

We send a schedule, accommodation options, and a quote so you can compare before deciding.

  3. On-site

Our team runs accommodation, meals, transport, and activities, and looks after students throughout. Teachers don't have to manage the camp.

  4. Debrief

Certificates for students, and a review meeting with the school after the camp.

Why us

Why schools choose Vibe Ventures

Learning experience design

We design each camp backwards from learning goals: what students should be able to do afterwards, then a Connect, Challenge, Real world journey to get there, linked to your curriculum.

Measured outcomes

Every camp closes with a self and peer evaluation session, and Liftoff Lab can turn it into a skill report, so the school sees what students gained, not just photos.

Licensed and insured

A registered company and licensed tour operator (licence 11/12463). Every trip includes travel insurance.

One point of contact

Your school deals with us alone. We coordinate accommodation, meals, transport, visas, and paperwork.

Safety first

Background-checked staff stay with students throughout, with nightly room checks and a police escort for coach convoys.

Trained facilitators

Our team has worked with every age group. They run groups well and keep things friendly.
